I thought the pic you posted looked like Colorado, I think I`ve been to that park, if so, You should take this to the Risung Sun toyota Rally in August and show it off. Looks like a pretty clean Trekker!

Looks like a pretty clean Trekker! Yep, Colorado. I have been to that rally the last 2 years, but haven't had a truck that was driving at the time. This year I'll try to bring the Trekker and also see if my FJ55 can limp up there with its bad transfer case.

I've been a little overdue for an update... Since last summer I've done a few things to the Trekker... The CV in my front driveshaft was shot, so I had the front driveshaft rebuilt. My exhaust was rusted out and had numerous holes and cracks, so I had everything behind the manifold replaced- cat, muffler Then the radiator got a crack in it, so I replaced that. I also rebuilt the rear brakes- had the drums turned, new shoes, new wheel cylinders, new hardware. Also put in a new master cylinder.

Looking good. Was the face of your original hatch lock pop out piece textured like th new one? Yes, they are both textured. I could shoot you a picture of them side by side, but yeah, they look just the same other than the lock cylinders.

I have a Toyota Matrix for my daily driver, but yeah I guess the Trekker is getting to where it could be my daily driver. Lately I've been driving the Trekker on the snow days 'cause the Matrix is horrible in the snow. Trekker had 178,600 when I bought it about 15 months ago and I just turned 180,000 last month. So, it hasn't been out much.

My anti-sway bar was over extended with the lift kit, so I installed some extensions. Attachments:

Dropped the Trekker off at the paint and body shop today. Should have it back in 3 - 4 weeks. Then it will go straight to Line-X. ;D

getting the top of the rear section line-x'ed. It's going to be colored to match the rest of the truck. Hope it looks good when they're done.
