as this was a truck it was only a temporary solution till i found one that worked. but i figure with the Trekker theres only so much weight i can add in the back...
the suspension is so stiff and since i would almost never drive this on the road i figured that running 50/50 would be good enough. let me know what you think.

So enough work done on the Trekker to drive during the summer! so i took it out this weekend and wow did it go!! I was mud and water up to the floor boards and it still kept going! really impressed. Wasnt even stuck. just got out to take some pictures. Would have taken a picture of the big hole i was in but didnt wanna open the door cause water would have gotten in! Its kinda of scary the places this thing will go cause if i get stuck theres nothing else around that'll be able to get in there to pull me out! time for a winch

alright so i finally figured out my plans for my Trekker. Itll be the next one after im done my '85 Pickup which will be done very soon if i ever get time off work!
Anyways here it is... - full length gm half ton axles (67" wms-wms i think?) - 5.13 gears - welding rod lockers (just for now, will probably go with aussies when i get the $$) - im using the springs out of a different truck. they offer way more flex and a 'plusher' ride - will stick with the 38's - an actual 3" body lift instead of the 'hacked' together one thats on there now - gm 4.3 TBI mated do an R150 (Toyota 5spd) - headers with dual custom exhaust - full marine stereo - lots of lights! - custom bumpers to accept a winch front and rear - exo cage that 'bolts' on to the bumpers - and depending on how well the boxliner exterior works on the '85 i may do it to the Trekker
ya i got lots of crazy/cool plans in my head. you'll have to wait and see!
