Went through the bottom end of motor, glass beaded most of the aluminum parts and had them powder coated then back into the frame.

Pulled the head to check it out, changed all 4 pre combustion cups as they were cracked. Broke out the Dremmel, ported the intake and exhaust runners then had them coated with ceramics to keep the heat in the port and out of the head.

The 3B did not come with a turbo and rather than flip the manifold to add one as some people do i started to make my own.

Had a friend at BD redo the injectors and pump and reinstalled with epoxy painted fue l lines.

Found a good used rad support and painted the colour i decided on, Went through the rad, repainted the shroud gloss black. Bead blasted the light pots and grill and painted them matt black. Stuck it all on the ch assis.

With the body off and upside down on a trailer i cut down the rocker panels to remove the rust and to make room for sliders. Scraped off all the undercoat, rust painted, panel guarded then repainted the ent ire underside.

This was a day long awaited, first flight. A friend came over with his Stinger equipt triaxle Pete. A short fli ght over the garage and onto the chassis.

This is the colour she is going, "Dune Beige". Came on older Cruisers but never on a 60 series.
