Hi everyone! My names Jordan and iv been a toyota fan for quite a while. Back when i was fifteen me and my dad restored his 1981 toyota pickup longbed and iv had an awesome time in it! Just recently my dad purchased and '82 Trekker and is also a member on this site ;D hes been wanting me to post some pictures of our trucks up here so ill be doing that as soon as i post this! This looks to be a pretty cool site here and im looking forward to meeting you all!

Hi Cory, My name's Lowery (AKA Jordan's Dad) I e-mailed you a few weeks ago about my Trekker, I'm the guy that did Fiberglass back in the 70's. Belive it or not I've owned a Toyota truck since 1978 and until we picked up this Trekker I had never heard of them.

Yup Hes my dad! Iv already got some pics up at the trekker pics section! Pretty much everything iv learned about vehicles came from him or working on one of these trucks

ahh ... ok .. so is now all comming together !!! I think you and I have alot in common . Yup Hes my dad! Iv already got some pics up at the trekker pics section! Pretty much everything iv learned about vehicles came from him or working on one of these trucks I have seen the pics ... VERY nice .. we should put that puppy in the registry !! Jordan ... your Dad sounds like an awesome guy .. I certinally hope you appreciate what he has done for you ! My boy is now 14 (i'm a single dad) .. and I have basically taught him all I know (been in the shop with me since he was 2) .. one day , I hope he will appreciate it .

I sure do appeciate it, working on vehicles is probably one of my favorite things to do, and not to mention having a little car knowledge has saved me quite a few times

Cory...I'm sure your son will appreciate it and so will you. Some of my best memories are rebuilding motors/transmissions/ bondo and painting with Jordan.
