Your from Calgary?! I have an 83 Trekker as well. I've only seen one other red Trekker around. Mine will hopefully have a new paint job this summer after my semester is over and I have some cash to spare.

Does the red one have the exhaust going up the side of it above the roof? Around center street?

I still have to dig up old pictures of your Trekker. I might even have some from before it was painted Polynesian Green.
Glad to hear it's still around.

Finally dug out the box of photo albums from the garage. I'll root through and see if I can come with any vintage pics for you.

Still have a bunch to go through. A whole bunch of mini-trucks from the early 90's that I had. No Trekker as of yet.

Crappy keep looking , thanks again.
Quick question i grinded down the passenger side cab bottom door ledge and rocker panels to clean up some rust then por15 then rocker guard it, noticed it has a bunch of bondo was it in a accident with you? Patch job held up awesome for the last 21 years though.

I bought it in 1996 or 97. It was the original tan/beige if I remember. It was bought from someone who worked at Universal Ford. I bought it for $1200 sight unseen. It had a black aftermarket fender and hood on it. We just sanded it down and painted it the same colour that I painted my 1981 Celica. We didn't do any bodywork on it.
Had it for a couple years then put it on consignment on the lot on 16th Ave and 4 Street NW across from the A&W. I got $3100 for it. Not sure what they sold it for but that is what I was asking for at the time.
It was in good shape at the time and would take it to Vancouver and back almost every long weekend to visit my parents who were working in Van at the time.
Never saw it for awhile and then I would see it now and again. I just had the stock suspension and 31's.
