This is the latest with the 40, down to the bare frame for springs with 2 1/2" of lift, a cut and turn and shackle reversal, six shooter knuckles with Marlin lower caps/bearing upgrade, Longfield axles, birfs & a histeer.

The reason i ripped into this again was mainly to replace the sagged out springs and engine. The easiest way was to use an Advance Adapters Ranger overdrive between the 94 LT1 and the Toyota 4 spd. Getting away from the slave/arm setup to an internal slave as well.

Rear disk upgrade too boot..gotta stop right.can't see them but i put in a pair of lockers for a bit more traction.

Changed the lower mounting position of the shocks so the upper position had to be changed as well. Ground the welds on the shock mount cross bar, rotated and rewelded it so both mounts were in alignment.

Picked up a Ruff Stuff Specialties anti wrap kit. Fabbed up the bar and burned it all in.

Finished running brake lines today, starting stainless exhaust before body goes back on. picked up a new rad from Advance Adapters.

Engine is a GenII LT1. All back together now and have been running it for a while now. Smokes a bit, did not know the mileage on it when i got it. Later on this year (sooner if i can find a bare block) it will be coming out for rebuild. Got a set of Trick Flow heads and a Scat rotating ass, + everything else i need but a block. It will be going out to 383 CI. Not that it doesn't move already but what the hell right.

Swapped out the stock aluminum TCase for an iron Orion 4:1 low range case as well as twin sticks to separate 2&4 Wheel and HI/LOW. Having 4:1 low range is great !
