David is back .. this time for new 1/4rs he's dropping off his runner tomorrow , so will have pics up of the complete install these ones

tear down begins ... removed bumper tail lamps , and be sure to keep the gromets removed interior windows and fuel door

new 1/4rs fit . David has some rust we have to deal with , before the 1/4rs are mounted peminantly . Also , have to still make the transition on B and C pillars (I will show this) so far coming along as expected

so fit the windows today .. and then removed the panels , after making my templates , and started welding in the patch panels

finished up the patch panels today , some seam seal and POR15 and we are ready to install the panel perminantly

so before attaching the panel , its easiest to drill and install the nutcerts for the fuel filler pocket and with that , time to epoxy the panels on also , David wanted a new rear bumper so we ordered in the TG unit .. got it all prepped and painted today

clamps off today , and wanted to check fit of the gate before we do the new gate panel .. body lines were great so now time to tear down the gate just in time .. dealing with minimal rust ... all cleaned up and some POR 15 for some longevity .. curing over the weekend , should be ready to epoxy on Monday skin all prepped and ready to install also got the fuel assy back together
