well this is going to be a long term thread , so be sure to check in often for updates . We hope to have this done this year (2013) and for sale with 3 different options . 1. cab shell - for buggies and truggies 2. cab with steel floor for doved and tubed fronts 3. complete cab with front clip for resto units options will include , roll cage , dash , door shells , + + ect , ect .... We will also be building a new Precision Trekker using this new cab and our new Trekker back 1/2 .. so stay tuned for that first part

these are a repair piece .. for either a steel cab or our FRP cab . installing for example on a steel cab , one would firest remove the old one . most of the front section is under other pieces , so removing the complete steel piece is not usually done .. This thread might help explain a bit better . toyotatrekker.proboards.com/thread/693/500k-miles the FRP panel will be the same , except of welding , you would use an epoxy .. we use and recomend 3m panel bonder #08115

Right on Slacker. As I cut and hacked and welded my own homemade floor pans into my 1982 Toy I kept wondering why no one ever offered any replacement parts for this truck other than rockers. And the rockers offered suck. Love to see how it all turns out.

notice .. ALL of the holes have been smoothed . I hate all the holes everywhere .
FRONT rad support mould completed today . We will have a NEW part ASAP , and then we now have a complete front clip avaliable .
sure wish I had this when I did my Trekker

Gotta learn...I have quite a bit of repair/reinforcing todo on my Trekker's fiberglass!
