what gauge steel using for the floor and for the body mounts that u made earlier. were going to have to make some new mounts for ours also. any ideas on how ur going to make ur camper "removable". we were thinking bout putting a plate on the under side of the bed rail with alignment pins and bolts facing up, so that it would be easier to secure instead of threading the bolts from underneath. and with the bolts we were thinking of using locking pins instead of nut. kinda like a hole drilled through the bolt, so that we could just slide locking pins in... any suggestions??

I'm using 14G for the shoe box mounts , as well as the floor and tunnel .. I still have to either bead roll , or press in some corragations for strength . I also have to build the rear support .. so keep watchin' not sure about the rear roof yet , I'm considering using a steel backing plate undernieth , and then using "nut certs" or welding a nut .. so I can "bolt it on and off " but , havent really thought that far ahead yet .

Please think that far ahead ;D Need you to solve this part of the equation by late february or march so I don't have to think too much about it when I pull the cap for my roll cage install

Do you have the direct link for these or remember which section you found them under? I looked around on the their website and couldn't find them. I really like that idea, maybe have a set of 3 down each side, maybe 4. than get something figured out for the attachment to the cab....

here it is .. so now with the basic "mock up" of the floor and tunnel , I can now cut the floor of the tub and buildd a deeper floor for the rear seat passengers and starting a new fiberglass tunnel (templating from my new tunnel) one issue , maybe ............ I cant find anyone in our town with a plenishing hammer .. so no floor corragations .. I guess we'll see how it goes . .
