here we go .. almost my LAST post on this thread ... Weatherstrip is now installed .. rubber mallet makes it easy , fits real nice , and should do the job . also , rear shield came in .. not lexan , but Makrolon . www.makrolon.comit's tougher , more flexable , and just a better product .. so I was able to cut it out .. and start to fit . attached the hinges .. removed the OLD chink and put in NEW top and bottom .. and I'm now ... officially DONE !!! need to crate and ship . .

That has been a long time coming...shop space will soon be free. I look forward to getting that seal material from you, no more Lake Trekker sloshing around in the back... Awesome Work Corey!

Well if the shop is filled with paying customers that is always a good sign ;D
Talking to the wife about maybe heading up to BC during the summer. Might be able to swing by and check out some of your projects...

Well if the shop is filled with paying customers that is always a good sign ;D absolutly .. I am not complaining ... imagine doing what you love to do , a previous hobby! , and do it for a living ... I'm a lucky guy , no question ! that would be cool ... your welcome anytime . yeah .. I'm also not sure about it working on the frame .. I'm a little worried about "slamming" it , and the glass shattering .. sinerio not sure yet .

Just got to looking at the crate..-thinking you might want to throw a couple of more 2x4's across the bottom to help spread the load if one of the cross pieces pops up...but I know you have a ton of experience with shipping so I am sure it is good to go...
Looking forward to the install thread when it gets to Texas.
