This was it when i got it from my brother, it was far to rusty for him to do anything with. I bought it knowing it needed a new frame and major surgery.

The wheel tubs were to far gone to save so out they went. The floor support was also full of rust so i decided to bob the body removing the support altogether. could have gone more but i thought 10" looked about right.

The plan for this truck was to run at least a 40" tire but i wanted it to be as low as possible so i decided to stretch the wheel wells by 8" and cutting into the doors to form part of the well.

There is a hump on the bottom of the fuel tank that i kept to get as much gas as i could, so a straight cut across the bottom wasn't possible.

Welded the two pieces back together, chopped and capped the lower quarters, more rust removal and the bumper will wrap around anyways.

Frame was completely shot so i had a good used one shipped from Japan. Cut 10" out, sand blasted did the shackle reversion, added some steering box gussets ( frame was righthand drive )and painted with Chassis Saver paint. Took all the spring packs apart glass beaded, painted, and mounted them.
