Good News! 1981 trekker 4x4 22r with a/c. New Mexico rig, no rust, etc...
Now for the bad news. It was in a rollover.
Top is toast, cab is done for, but the bed is in great shape. Got a clean title for it and all. Thought about making it a tube buggy, then thought I'd ask you guys what move to make on it. Seems like you all are very knowledgeable on these rigs. Don't want to cut up a piece of history without your consent haha!!

I gotta get some pics up. The dash is in great shape. It was not in a real bad rollover, just a fender, hood, grille, and a cab would do it. Even the radiator made it through the ride. It was actually driven to my place when I bought it.
Not sure if I want to invest in restoring or do the other route with a plasma cutter and tube bender... These bad boys are just so rare I am stuck on making a decision.

Got your e-mail Paul. Been working and have not even had a chance to mess with it at all yet. Planning on posting some pics by the end of the week. Appreciate the support.
