These aftermarket 1/4 panels are crap, I knew I was going to need to tweak but I didn't think they would be this bad, not sure if I'll get them to fit. Not sure on what to do now.

Now I'm worried my doors and hood are also after market. The hood is at least capa certified and it feels heavy duty. I couldn't find any decenot oem anywhere

Here is some pics I can get it close but then half of the holes doesn't even come to line up. The metal is so thin wow really disappointing. I don't suppose you stock your fiber 1/4 regular panels at all? These panels are almost an insult to install on my truck. However the hood is actually not to bad, capa certified and kind of heavy duty doesn't line up worth shot but have a lot of adjustments with the hindges. I'm off for dinner and goto my work to grab a door, oh my I hope the doors are as bad as the panels.

I actually was just pulling parts off a toy I found and how I have my fender it doesn't fit too bad but half the bolt holes still don't match up to put all the bolts in.

Yhea im just going to have to open up all the mounting hole and fit it in then bolt them down where it actually lines up and NOT where the bolt holes go. Theni score around all the nuts so when i take the panels back off be much easier assembling them again. For anybody else reading this just buy Corey's fiber parts, im betting on a way better fit and 100% more quality in his parts then these made in Taiwan after market parts.

OK before i took the door of the cab i ONLY removed the little piece that has a pin on it that connects to the inner cab wall, second piece in the picture on the right. There was no screws removed. When i removed the door i found this piece, first piece in the picture. I didn't remove any screws before i found it, can you tell me what this piece is for?? I cant see where it would have come from?
