After looking and being beat to the trucks for about 20 years I finally got one!!!!! all running gear gone but I got about 15 yotas around the house for parts Frame is great and body aint bad for a east coast job. as soon as I get it I'll post picts.
Anybody near richmond on this site. I would like to hookup and talk trekkers with, or toyotas ,or landcruisers.

I live in the DC area. I picked up an 81 trekker last year out near leesburg VA. The frame was completely rusted out, so I ended up stripping it out. I eventually plan on buying an old truck with a nice frame and converting it. I still have the engine, tranny and transfer case in my driveway that I am trying to give away if you are interested.

Yeah Barksdale I saw where you were looking for a donor truck, I just got mine home gota start cleaning it out. Looks like the seat is missing in the back,needs a little little fiberglass work,a new back glass. But for 30 years old a solid frame.now hopefully it wont take 20 years to fix it all !!!Working on another rockcrawler and this trekker plus keep my other crawler going may be a problem.I'm about a hour south of Richmond and go up to Fredricksburg alot to Iron Pig Offroad so we may hookup sometime. I've got alot of older pickups if you need some hard to find parts to if you need.
