so now that the front diff is done .. i'm considering the rear disc conversion .
I know the chev caliper , and disc conversion .. (done it a few times on customer rigs ) ... but I really want to use all toyota .. so ..
2wd calipers maybe ? .. landcruser rotors , transfer case emergency .

I made my own rear conversion for my race truck....using all Toyota stuff, although it is on a Ford 9" rear axle.
I ordered front vented, slotted and cross drilled rotors from LC Engineering for a 94 V6 4wd and then just orderd 94 V6 4wd four piston front calipers to use with them from Auto Zone. Made my own caliper brackets from 3/16" steel, they were super easy to make. There are a ton of pics of aftermarket ones on line to see what they should look like, i just made them to fit around the 9" axle tube and to the same bolt pattern as the Yota calipers. Super easy to make and work no problem.

Ooh yeah, as for e-brake....i dont have one yet. My race truck is 2wd so there is no t-case and really i dont see the need for an e-brake in my situation. But for you, yes the t-case e-brake is what i would recommend.

I never thought of those, i may re-think my set up now on my race truck and try to get an e-brake on there, even though i dont think it is detramentle for my application.
If you end up doing it post it up so i can cheat a little and follow your lead!!
