so finally broke out the eastwood powder coater I bought about 4 years ago .. going to get some pieces together and then swap them all in at once ..

driving insurance cancelled today , and parking insurance purchaced .. car cover on , and back into hibernation for the winter .
I do hope to put in some bigger injectors and install my powder coated Valve covers and do some other powder coating , so hope to get this done sometime this winter

well yeah .. finally found some time to work on my stuff . woke her up out of hibernation today got er' into the shop . I decided to only do the headers and pipes for now , and leave the powder coated pieces to do another day .. got the stock manifolds and crossover , as well as the header pipe with the cat off . and my NEW headers installed it's just loose right now , but all the bolts are in .. SUPER happy with the fit , I did have to remove a couple of the exhaust studs in order to get the headers on , but all in all , I think it was easier to install these , then remove the originals very happy

got the front header pipe , and front O2 bung built and welded .. rear o2 simulator installed , and everything bolted back together . fired right up and sounds very cool and NO codes dint have the vid camera , but will do that for you interested parties

so I have been driving now for 3 years , and with some longer trips planned for this year , I decided change all my gear oils , and go synthetic . I was able to get her in the shop today to do the swap all done .. Show tomorrow

little maintenance on my trekker today an finally got her new jewelry installed supercharger off , and removing the old ugly on with the new ... sorry for the crappy pics .. next show , I'll get some better ones new 2.1" supercharger pulley , powder coated to match my other red accents and now with the rest of the truck running royal purple synthetics , I decided to try there "purple ice" in my freshly replaced coolant

My door pins and bushings are shot, what did you use for your new bushings and pins and what drill size did you need to use? I litterly cannot not find door pins and bushings for these trucks anywhere!!!
Your build sure is helping me with mine:)
also looking through your build "have a look on page 35 for the tail lamp pots .. those as well are one of our products" you make these too? How much? just glass them in? Don't see them on your fiberglass website
