i know. there is a lot of work ahead. i spent all day yesterday getting the back hatch to close again. (and then now it only will close and latch with the inside trim panel removed for the moment) also, i might need to see if there is another rear seal available that has a little deeper channel to slide over the lip of the trekker. the line-x added about 3/32" to the thickness of the lip. which makes the seal expand out leaving less to grip on the lip. it is staying on there for the moment, just not sure if it will make it over the long run. i also had to file the passenger top corner of the "glass" to get it to fit into the hatch opening. there is not a lot of adjustment in the hatch. it is not the work that worries me. it is getting the people all together at the same time to be able to help get this thing on the frame. back to work!

yeah .. I was a little worried about this .. The line-x has added some "girth" to everything .. rear lock might be an issue as well , but there are some "spacers" under the lock ketch .. so you might just be Able to take those out .
you might just be able to take a grinder to the edges , and take off the line-x .. under the moulding .. If your carefull , it wont affect anything ..
i'm sure you'll figure it out ..

Michael , I was thinking ... grind the inside edge ! then you wont have to grind off the line-x .

hi corey... i know, but there is no line-x on the inside. that is why it is only 3/32" thick instead of 7/32" thick they did not wrap it around the lip.

exactly ... so if you take your grinder to the inside edge (inside of the truck) .. and grind that down , weatherstrip should go on , and affect nothing .
but if you do this , please wear a resperator , or mask .
